Spinach Pancakes 🥞 – Strawberries 🍓 – Blueberries 🍇 – Nectarines 🍑 - Cheddar Cheese hearts💚
INGREDIENTS:-Spinach Fresh – 1 cup
Milk -1 cup
Egg - 1
Oil – 1 tbsp
Flour (Plain/Oat/ wheat)– 1 cup
Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
SERVING SIDES :-
In a blender, add fresh spinach, Egg, milk and oil and blitz till smooth.
In another bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk it.
Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix till well combined.
Heat a large pan and brush it with butter or oil.
Pour pancake mixture onto the pan with a ladle and cook till bubbles are visible on top.
Flip the pancakes and cook for one minute and serve drizzled with honey/ maple syrup & fresh fruits.
You can prepare the batter at night and prepare pancakes in morning for your kids lunch boxes.
Store the leftover pancakes in air-tight container in the fridge for 3 - 4 days.
