Healthy (and Spooky) Rice Crispies
Instructions:
Melt together
· ½ cup of peanut butter (or nut butter or non-nut butter of your choice)
· 3 tbsp of coconut oil
· 1 ½ tbsp of honey
· A pinch of salt
Add 2 cups of puffed rice
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours
Cut into rectangle shapes
Decorate with small amount of melted white chocolate and edible eyes
