EGG FRIED RICEINGREDIENTS :-
Cooked Basmati Rice/Left over rice- 2 cup
Egg – 2
Garlic minced - 4 cloves
Spring onions chopped – ¾ cup
Carrots chopped - 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce - 3 Tbsp
Brown Sugar – 1 ½ tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
SERVING SIDES :-
In a bowl, add soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar and mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and fry it in a hot pan with little oil on both sides and cut into small pieces.
In a hot skillet, add the sauce mixture, chopped carrots, spring onions and saute for few min.
Add the cooked rice and give it a gentle stir. Add the egg pieces and mix.
Garnish with spring onions & toasted sesame seeds. Ready to be packed in your kids lunchboxes
