Sandwich Rolls Ups, Cheese Sticks and Fruits

Sandwich Rolls Ups – Cheese Sticks – Cherry Tomatoes – Strawberries - Kiwis 

Sandwich Roll ups ingredients : 

Bread Slices 🍞 
Lettuce leaves
Cheese Slices 
Red Cabbage 
Carrot 
Coriander pesto 🍃 
Salt 
Pepper 

Sandwich Roll ups are great for your kids lunchboxes because they hold the fillings inside. They can be prepared in advance and refrigerated to be packed next morning. 

Method: 

Take 2 bread slices slightly overlapping each other and with the help of a rolling pin, roll it thin.
Keep 2 cheese slices. Repeat the same with another 2 bread slices. Keep it on top of the other bread slice. Spread some coriander pesto.
Add a lettuce leaf, shredded carrot and shredded red cabbage.

Now roll the bread slice tightly and wrap it with a cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.

Remove the cling film and cut it into 1 inch thickness. Use our Citron food picks to make it look attractive for your kids
