INGREDIENTS :-Puff pastry sheets thawed - 4
Cherry tomatoes sliced
Asparagus
Zucchini sliced
Onions sliced
Red Peppers sliced
Tomato sauce
METHOD :-
Preheat oven @180 C.
Toss the veggies with olive oil and roast them in a baking tray till done.
Place the puff pastry squares on a baking tray. With a knife score at the edges of the pastry to form a border and brush the borders with egg wash.
Spread tomato sauce onto the pastry and place the roasted veggies leaving the border.
Bake for 15-20 mins until the pastry is completed cooked and turns golden.
