Why should I register my Citron product?
We recommend that all our customer register their Citron product to avail our 1-year warranty.
How long is the warranty for?
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
If I register my product 6 months after it was purchased, how long will my warranty last?
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and will only be activated when you register. If you register your product 6 months after it was purchased, the warranty will be valid for 6 more months.
Is the warranty only available on purchases made through the official Citron website?
No, the warranty will be available no matter where the product is purchased from.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing malfunctions that prevent proper usage of the product
Can I extend my warranty beyond 1 year?
No, currently we are only offering 1 year warranty on Citron products.
Do I need my order number to register?
Is this warranty applicable worldwide?

If I lose my receipt, is my product still under warranty?
To claim the 1-year warranty on your Citron product, you must either provide a receipt of purchase of less than 12 months or a registration confirmation showing the date your warranty was activated.
If my purchase includes more than 1 product, do they all have to be registered separately?
Yes, each Citron product needs to be registered individually to confirm its 1-year warranty of each product.
