MAC & CHEESE CUPS
Ingredients:
Elbow macaroni – 2 cups
Cheddar cheese grated – 1 ¼ cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
1/2 cup whole milk
Salt & Pepper
Spring onions – Garnish
METHOD :-
Preheat the oven @ 180 C and line a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
Cook the macaroni as per the instructions.Drain and keep aside
In a pan,melt the butter and add the flour and whisk for few minutes. Add the milk and continue whisking till no lumps .
Add the cheese and the pasta.Season with salt and pepper and stir well till well combined.
Scoop the Mac n cheese mixture into the muffin tray & press them well such that they are tightly packed.
Top it more cheese and bake them for 20 - 25 min till completely set.
Allow them to cool and then remove. Garnish with spring onions and Enjoy !!
