Bread Slices
Milk 3 tbspÂ
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut for garnish
Butter for fryingÂ

MethodÂ
In a bowl whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla essence and keep aside. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin and put the filling on the edge of the bread taking care not to overfill and gently roll the bread. Dip the rolls in the egg mixture.Â
In a pan put some butter and fry the Bread rolls in low medium heat.
