Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes with Fruits

Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes with Fruits -Strawberries -Blueberries- Green Apples - Popcorn - Cucumber & Carrot flowers 

Ingredients for Healthy Whole Wheat pancakes:

1 cup whole wheat flour or oats flour - 1 cup milk - 1 egg -Salt 1 pinch - Sugar 1 tbsp - 2 tsp baking powder - Vanilla extract 1 tsp - Honey (Topping)

Method:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix well with a spoon. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add a small cube of butter and pour pancake batter with a ladle

When the pancake starts to bubble and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes. Repeat with the remainder of the batter. To make the Owl Pancake,Banana and Blueberries are used for the eyes and Strawberries for the wings ears and feet. Honey or maple.syrup can be used to stick them on the pancakes.Citron's food picks are used to secure the strawberry wings on the owl Vegetable and fruits are cut into flowers and heart shape with Citron’s Veggie Cutters.
