INGREDIENTS
Lasagne sheets
Mined meat in pasta sauce
Ricotta cheese /Cream Cheese
Parmesan /Mozarella
SERVING SIDES :-
Bell Peppers
Red Apples
Green peas
Cucumber
Dried Cranberries
Babybel Cheese 🧀
METHOD :-
Cook the lasagna sheets according to directions.
Drain and toss with some oil. Lay the sheets flat on a dish.
To make the meat sauce, mix cooked minced meat and pasta sauce with salt,pepper and Italian seasonings.and mix well.
Spread ricotta cheese over the lasagne sheet and then spread meat sauce on top.
Roll the sheet till the end and slice it from the middle.
Top it with Parmesan cheese and ready to be packed in your kids lunchboxes. You can also add mozzarella cheese and broil it for few minutes till cheese melts.
