Ingredients
240g flour
80g Butter
50g Honey
3/4 tsp baking soda
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tsp cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg
Directions
Mix flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg and baking powder in a large bowl. Melt the butter and add honey to it. Mix the melted butter with honey into the dry mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

When you are done cutting the house parts, separate them from each other and spread them on the parchment paper leaving space between each part.
