All our Citron orders from the website are dispatched within 1-2 working days. During high demand seasons, such as sales or back to school, our dispatch and delivery times might be extended.

Our delivery times by location are approximately:

- Within UAE: 2-3 days

- Within GCC: 4-5 working days

- Rest of the world: 7-9 working day

Free UAE shipping for orders of AED200 and above. 

Free GCC shipping for orders of AED500 and above (excluding taxes, duties and international processing).

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Dubai - Free Self Pickup
Same Day Collection is available from our warehouse in Dubai! Sunday is a no collection Day. Please allow 1-2 hours after ordering to collect your order from our warehouse. If you place your order after 6pm Mon-Fri, it will be available the following day.
